Ice maker in the salon removed. a slow leak was found and fixed. While the ice maker is out it will is being inspected , serviced and cleaned
Coils will cleaned.
All parts of the ice maker will be cleaned and disinfected.
This back hose might need to be replaced if the descaling treatment does not remove the contaminates.
After cleaning
Blower installed dry carpet
Under matting was cut out and put outside to dry. If the matting smells after it is dried it will need to be changed.

The main goal today was achieved. I test ran the generators to operating temperature and proved them operational.
Aft generator has leaking fuel lift pump. The bottom bolt of the pump was loose. The solution to stopping the leak may be as simple as tightening the bolt. The problem is that access to the bolt is very limited due to its location and may require a specialized wrench.
The forward generator does not have a check valve. The aft generator does. Is there any history as to why?
Sea strainers in the VIP have been cleaned. The forward sea strainer cut-off valve is broken and needs to be replaced. Old oil absorbers were removed and top oil scooped up. Bilge pump is back on line. Please be advised that the possibility of pumping contaminated water overboard exists. This still needs to be dealt with.
Spoke with Trevor and other broker Juliane. I will meet with Juliane tomorrow at 10 am and show him the boat.
Trevor is concerned about the following items:
Turn on and tested air conditioners and found the following:
The bottom has been cleaned by Mrs G Diving. Invoice will be emailed. I have scheduled them again in 2 weeks for an inspection dive. This is cheaper then a regular dive and a growth assessment can be taken.

Trevor is concerned about the following items:
- The soft stair as you go down to the master. It is one of the upper most steps the bottom of the steps is visible from the engine room.
- The exposed audio/ video as you walk down the same stair well needs a door.
Turn on and tested air conditioners and found the following:
- Salon AC is very weak and not cooling area effectively. This is the unit that is badly corroded.
- The aft deck AC gave out after about an hour of operation.

Boat was washed down today.
Scheduled Mrs.G diving service for tomorrow.
Main engines were started and run to temperature.
Bow thruster tested and found the cooling pump not working. Looked for switch and could not find. If there is no manual switch there is a relay failure. Will log as defect until switch or faulty relay is found.
Bow thruster has leak at the the heat exchanger. The leak is small and manageable.
New wiring installed for generator.
Boat is being organized and all projects closed.
Will look at options for available dockage during boat show.

All fuel lines for the generator have been changed. The oil supply line was also replaced and a valve system will be added directly after the oil pan. This will allow a shut off and prevent any leakage from a future hose or clamp failure.
Drained oil out of aft generator in order to replace oil supply/drainage hose.
The Racor fuel filter was removed and inspected. The valve is still usable but the check valve has failed. The check valve no longer keeps a seal and will need to be replaced. Racor filter has been cleaned and rust and corrosion removed from all metals. All fittings were removed and polished. Metals are sprayed with a protective coating to prevent future rust and corrosive. Petcock drainage valve was also cleaned but has not been proven. It will remain on and replaced if it shows any sign of leakage. New filters will be used during installation due to the possibility of contamination during the removal of the filter and lines.
Organizing and replacing all tools and material used for repairs. Put together all sockets and made usable sets. Extra sockets will be stored.
Switching out rusted hose clamps throughout generator room.
Continue cleaning forward generator.
All new fuel lines will be insulated with a with split electrical conduit like the type already being used in the main engine room.
Picked up Split conduit, check valve, gloves, denatured alcohol, hose connectors and other supplies needed.
more to follow.

Second coat of primer has been sanded.
New coat of paint being applied today
This is one of the air conditioner chillers. The drip pan is full and machinery is rusting. It was made easier to see with the new ballast and bulbs installed in the generator room.
Water is sitting in pan.
This is a pic of the generator drip pan after it has been cleaned
This is a failed engine mount. The bolt made to hold the generator in place is free spinning.
Engine mount failure.
New fuel line added
Old fuel line before cutting and flaring.
Rusted out fuel valve. leading to fuel filter of aft generator. New valves and lines picked up today
