Gernerator Room: completed removal of decking.Tank has no inspection plate which i had hoped to find under the generator. Without an inspection plate, proper cleaning of the tank will prove difficult.
I will purchase an endoscope and take a look inside the tank to assess the feasibility of cutting out a hole and installing an inspection plate.
The fuel lines will all need to be replaced.The lines were so brittle that they literaly snapped in half as they were moved out of the way.
Air condioner raw water pump motor failure. The forward pump motor began over heating and tripping breaker. Motor will be replaced. Bad electrical conection more then likley contributed to the failure. This is a perfect opportunity to open and inspect both motors and pump housing. Re-wire with appropriate connectors and junction box.
